No expiry
Benefits and top-up balance never expire. Use them at your own pace, with no time pressure.
Combinable
Your membership discount can be combined with other promotions and offers where applicable.
Reach higher tiers over time.
You do not have to top up the full tier amount at once. Smaller top-ups accumulate toward the tier threshold. Once you reach a tier, the accumulated discount rate applies immediately to all future treatments and products.
If you choose to top up the full tier amount in a single transaction, the higher single top-up rate applies right away, giving you a significantly better discount from day one.
Single top-up vs. accumulated
A single top-up means you deposit the full tier amount in one payment and receive the higher discount rate (30%, 40%, or 50%). An accumulated top-up means smaller payments over time that add up to the tier threshold, with the lower accumulated rate (15%, 20%, or 25%) applied once the tier is reached.
Herbal and beauty products
Member discounts on herbal and beauty products are exclusive to this membership programme. No other promotions or discounts apply to these product categories. Purchasing directly in clinic may qualify for an additional discount at the practitioner's discretion.

- This benefit is not applicable alongside other similar discount or promotional policies. It cannot be stacked with another programme of the same type.

- Top-up balances and benefits do not expire. They are perpetual and transferable within the family.
